Description

There are 2 properties that make up Anastasia's. A studio complex on it's own, fenced and gated, with 6 studios and surrounded by a garden, trees and flowers Each studio has beds for 3 people. An extra bed is available for a fourth person.

And next door a villa on it's own with garden, trees and flowers, fenced and gated. The villa sleeps 6. 2 in the master bedroom with double bed and toilet/shower.
2 in the guest bedroom with single beds. And 2 in the living room witha couch bed [makes 2 seperate beds]. A second toilet/shower is common for both guest and living room.
All the studios and the villa are fully air conditioned.
The studio's have 2 kiosks - one of which has a barbeque for the guests use - parking on site, play area for small children, outdoorshowers with both hot and cold water for rinsing off after swimming. In addition 2 of the studios on each floor are convertable to apartments. A door in the hall closes off the 2 studios from the rest of the complex. The end result is 2 rooms and a hall, 2 toilet/showers, 2 t.v.'s, 2 kitchens, 2 balconies. (see the pictures click here)

The villa, in addition to the above, has a seperate kitchen. It includes a table and chairs, full size kitchen with oven,refrigerator with seperate freezer / refrigerator doors, dish washer, microwave oven.
The front porch has chairs and table and a porch swing. Parking is on site. A barbeque with chairs and table for under the sky eating are also included. An outdoor shower is available but without hot water or the outdoor showers in the studio complex can be used.
